Born and Raised Jax
David is a native of Jacksonville, FL. He holds the State Certified General Contractor’s license for Zephyr Construction Management, LLC. He oversees every aspect of the business: maintaining the vision, field coordination to company strategies. His leadership stems from dynamic work environments with private and government organizations. His over 10 years of experience includes renovating custom homes, schools and government projects to managing multiple maintenance contracts for the Duval County Public Schools.
David earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida.
Beyond the company, David enjoys traveling around the world, tasting and cooking different cuisine. His experiences and exposure to different cultures have deeply influenced how he envisions the future of Zephyr Construction Management, LLC.
